At Otouch, we take product quality and customer safety seriously. Every item is handled with care and inspected before leaving our facility to help ensure you receive a clean, functional product that meets our standards.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us with your order number and photo/video evidence at service@otouch.com.

1. Our Quality Checks

Before shipment, products may go through the following checks (as applicable):

  • Packaging inspection: outer box and seals checked for damage.
  • Visual inspection: product surface and components checked for defects.
  • Function check: power/charging/controls tested where possible.
  • Accessory check: cables, manuals, and included parts verified.
  • Discreet packing check: correct outer packaging label and packing method confirmed.
Hygiene note: Some products include hygiene seals or sealed inner bags. We do not open sealed inner packaging when it must remain unopened for hygiene and safety.

2. Materials & Manufacturing Standards

We work with manufacturing partners who follow established production and quality-control processes. Many products are made with body-safe materials commonly used in intimate wellness products. Please review each product page for material details, features, and care instructions.

Sensitivity reminder: If you have known allergies or sensitivities, review the product material information before purchase.

3. Hygiene, Safety & Responsible Use

  • Clean the product before first use and after each use.
  • Use only as intended and follow included instructions and warnings.
  • Do not share products without proper hygiene measures.
  • Stop use if discomfort occurs and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

4. Battery, Charging & Electronics Safety

  • Use the provided charging cable (or the recommended type stated in the product instructions).
  • Keep charging ports dry and avoid charging in wet areas.
  • Do not use a damaged cable or a product that appears cracked, swollen, or overheating.
  • Store away from extreme heat and direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting: If your product won’t power on, fully charge it first, confirm the charging cable works, and check for any protective film on charging contacts (if applicable). If the issue continues, email us with a short video.

5. Discreet Packaging & Privacy

We ship in plain, discreet packaging to help protect your privacy. Items are packed securely to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

6. Warranty (1 Year) – Manufacturing Defects

All purchases are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase. If a fault is confirmed under this warranty, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

What the warranty covers
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Confirmed functional failure not caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
What the warranty does not cover
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or aging of materials over time.
  • Damage from misuse, modification, drops/impacts, or using non-recommended chargers.
  • Water damage for products not rated as waterproof (or misuse beyond the rated level).
  • Issues caused by improper cleaning, storage, or failure to follow instructions.
How to file a warranty claim: Email service@otouch.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue. Please include a short description of what happened and any troubleshooting steps you tried.

7. If Something Isn’t Right (Damage/Defect/Missing Parts)

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or missing parts:

  • Email service@otouch.com
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos or a short video of the issue

  • Business days: within 24 hours
  • Weekends & holidays: within 48 hours

8. Continuous Improvement

We continuously improve product quality by reviewing customer feedback, monitoring common issues, and working with manufacturing partners to strengthen quality standards over time.
