AIRTURN 4 and INSCUP 4 electronic main bodies are not waterproof. Remove their sleeves for separate washing. AIRTURN 2 follows IPX6 rinsing guidance, but must not be immersed. Use water-based lubricant and do not operate these models while charging.

Support before and after your order
Manufacturing-defect support is available within 90 days of delivery. Standard returns require unopened, unused items within 14 days. Eligibility, fees and exclusions apply under the return and refund policy.
