Intellectual Property Rights

1) Overview

4) Patents, Utility Models & Technical Innovations

Our products may include protected technical innovations. This can include motor structures, heating systems, sealing methods, waterproof designs, sensor features, internal channels, or other functional mechanisms used in sex toys.

• Do not reverse engineer Otouch products to create similar masturbators/vibrators for sale.
• Do not copy internal design layouts, performance features, or functional components.
• Do not produce “compatible” replacement parts intended to replicate our design or performance.

5) Copyright (Text, Images, Video, Manuals)

Copyright protects our website content, product images, product videos, diagrams, manuals, and any creative materials. Even if content is publicly visible, it is not “free to use.”

• No copying product photos/videos for your store or marketplace listings without written permission.
• No reusing our written descriptions, specifications, or care instructions as your own.
• No downloading and reposting our marketing videos on your channels to sell competing products.

6) Design Rights & Trade Dress (Look & Feel)

The unique “look” of Otouch products and packaging may be protected under design rights and trade dress rules. This includes, for example: shapes, surface patterns, color layouts, packaging structure, insert trays, and presentation style for masturbators and vibrators.

• Do not create packaging that looks like Otouch packaging.
• Do not copy our product shapes, exterior textures, or signature surface design details.
• Do not use a confusingly similar product name or product image style that makes customers think it’s Otouch.

7) Counterfeit, Clones & Marketplace Abuse

We actively monitor for counterfeit and “clone” sex toys that copy Otouch branding or product design. Counterfeits can be unsafe, low quality, and harmful to customers.

• Do not sell fake Otouch products, replicas, “inspired by,” “same factory,” or “1:1” versions.
• Do not use our photos to sell non-Otouch masturbators or vibrators.
• Do not remove or alter serial labels or packaging identifiers if present.

8) User Content & Reviews

Customers may post reviews, ratings, or feedback. Customer content belongs to them, but by posting on our Services they may grant us permission to display it (subject to our policies).

You may not copy customer reviews from Otouch to your own website to promote other sex toys or competing products, especially if it creates confusion about whether the review is for your item.

9) What You ARE Allowed to Do

• Share our website link with proper attribution (no copying our photos or text into your own listing).

11) Enforcement & Remedies

If we believe your actions infringe Otouch IP, we may take steps including (but not limited to):

• Suspending or terminating any partner relationship.
• Pursuing legal remedies, damages, and recovery of enforcement costs where permitted by law.

12) Report Infringement

If you see counterfeit Otouch masturbators/vibrators, copied product images, or a store using our brand name, please report it. Include as much detail as possible:

• Link(s) to the infringing page/listing
• Screenshots (product images, brand use, pricing, seller name)
• Where it is being sold (website/marketplace/social platform)
• Any order details (if you purchased and can confirm counterfeit)
