Questions before you choose
Which model has built-in heating?
The AIRTURN 2 manual lists two heating levels. Heating is not listed in the current AIRTURN 4 or INSCUP 4 manuals. A separate heating accessory, where offered, is different from built-in heating.
Does INSCUP 4 have seven suction modes?
The current official INSCUP 4 manual lists four automatic suction modes plus an independent manual suction control. It lists seven vibration modes.
Can I wash the electronic main body?
AIRTURN 4 and INSCUP 4 main units are not waterproof. Remove the sleeve for separate washing. AIRTURN 2 has IPX6 rinsing guidance, but its manual expressly forbids immersing the whole device.
What aftersales terms apply?
Manufacturing defects are covered within 90 days of delivery. Standard returns require unopened, unused items within 14 days. Eligibility, fees and exclusions apply; read the published return policy before ordering.
